藉著科學研究，我們不單可以洞悉當下，更可以為未來奠定可持續發展的基石。在二零二零
至二零二一年度，保育基金繼續支持本地及區內保育項目，為守護海洋生態、瀕危物種及
生物多樣性而努力，並積極了解氣候變化的影響與打擊非法捕獵。透過推動科研，加上海洋
生物擱淺行動組的調查，保育基金持續倡導以科學為基礎，尋找具實證的有效方法，維護
現今和未來的生態平衡。
Scientifi c research not only gives us insight into our current situation, but also provides data to pave
the way for creating a better world. In 2020/21, OPCFHK continued its support of local and regional
projects in areas such as marine conservation, endangered wildlife, biodiversity, climate change and
combating the illegal trade of threatened species. Through scientifi c research and the work of the
Marine Life Stranding Response Team, OPCFHK is committed to continuing to advocate and support
effective, scientifi c ways to preserve the delicate balance of nature for today's and future generations.
