Volunteering

OPCFHK has been committed in the conservation of Asian wildlife through fundraising, research and education so that it remains biologically diverse.  If you are also enthusiastic and passionate towards wildlife conservation, and willing to contribute your time and efforts, please join our conservation volunteer task force! 

Joining the volunteer team

All interested parties have to fill in the OPCFHK Volunteer Registration Form and register in our database with other necessary documents.  OPCFHK will recruit registered and qualified volunteers via emails.  If you have not yet become one of our registered volunteers, please download and fill the Volunteer Registration Form and return by email to opcf@oceanpark.com.hk or fax to 2553 5840. 

 

Main Voluntary Tasks:

  1. Assist in community education and narration events
  2. Assist in fundraising and promotional events
  3. Provide various professional services, e.g. video taking, translation, writing, designs, marketing, etc
  4. Assist in routine operations and documentary work in office


Remarks:    
*It is OPCFHK’s policy that all volunteers must age at least 16.  For volunteers aged under 18, they have to submit a signed Guardian’s Authorization Form in order to involve in OPCFHK’s voluntary work
*The copyright of all design work, photos or writing created for OPCF by volunteers should be owned by OPCFHK.  OPCFHK has the right to use without prior notice (except cases which are agreed before collaboration).
